Beautifully fragrant Orange Flower Hydrolat has a relaxing effect on the mind and body.

Lavender and Chamomile essential oil are soothing and calming and can help to reduce any stress, anxiety or tension that may prevent rest and relaxation.

Frankincense essential oil helps to slow and deepen the breathing and induce a sense of peace and calm.

Cedarwood essential oil has a soothing, sedative effect and is thought to stimulate the production of melatonin which controls your natural sleep cycle.

Directions: Shake well before use. Spray Sweet Dreams Spritz onto the body or into the air and inhale to enjoy the full therapeutic effects. Sweet Dreams Spritz can also be sprayed lightly onto your bed linen, pillow, and night wear immediately before retiring. Hold at arm's length when spraying onto fabric as it may cause staining.
