Our organic Rose Geranium essential oil is steam distilled from the aromatic, perennial Pelargonium graveolens shrub.

Rose Geranium essential oil has virtually identical properties to Geranium essential oil but is considered to have a more rounded, complex, sensual, ‘rosy’ aroma. Its superior notes of rose, make it a popular ingredient in cosmetics and perfumery.

Skin:	Organic Rose Geranium essential oil helps to balance the skin's natural oil (sebum) and is therefore useful for regulating all skin types including dry and oily skin. Also has a clearing, healing and regenerative effect on the skin.
Mind:	Rose Geranium oil's balancing and mood-boosting properties make it useful for stress related conditions, anxiety, fluctuating emotions, and postnatal depression.
Body:	Rose Geranium can help to regulate the hormones. It is therefore useful for many female related conditions such as PMS/PMT, irregular periods, the menopause and problems conceiving. It is beneficial in lymphatic drainage massage, for combating water retention and cellulite, and for helping calm pain and inflammation.
Blends well with:	Citrus oils, Basil, Jasmine and Rosewood.

Stress Relieving Massage Blend

Blend 15ml carrier oil with 3 drops Rose Geranium, 2 drops Lavender and 1 drop Jasmine.

Relaxing Bath Blend

For a lovely relaxing soak, mix 15ml Bath Oil with 5 drops Rose Geranium, 2 drops Sweet Marjoram and 1 drop Chamomile. You could also mix this oil into ½ cup of Dead Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt.

Loving Kindness Meditation Blend

Diffuse a beautiful blend of 4 drops Rose Geranium, 3 drops Patchouli and 1 drop Jasmine.

Mood Boosting Diffuser Blend

For a persistent low mood diffuse 3 drops Patchouli, 2 drops Rose Geranium and 2 drops Sweet Orange.

Anger Busting Diffuser Blend

Diffuse 3 drops Rose Geranium with 2 drops each of Ylang Ylang and Roman Chamomile.

Feminine Balance Blend

Blend 15ml carrier oil with 3 drops Rose Geranium, 2 drops Ylang Ylang and 1 drop Clary Sage and massage gently into your breasts, (in the direction towards your armpits) and your womb area (in a clockwise direction around the abdomen).

Luxurious Facial Oil

Blend 50ml Argan Oil with 8 drops Rose Geranium, 4 drops Neroli, 2 drops Jasmine and 2 drops Rose.
