Cornmint (Mentha arvensis) is smaller in size than the Peppermint herb and is native to Europe, China and Japan.

The essential oil is steam distilled from the herb's leaves and flowering tops, and contains approx 85% menthol which is the highest of all the different types of Peppermint.
