Sandalwood has a deeply relaxing, sedative effect on the central nervous system which can help to soothe anxiety, stress and depression. It also supports inner unity and is a powerful aphrodisiac.

How to use It’s All About You Pre-pregnancy essential oil

We suggest using 2-3 drops of this essential oil in an aromatherapy diffuser or candle burner as part of your regular relaxation routine.

From the start of your period and up to one week after, it can also be added to a variety of base products to support the start of your pregnancy journey. Try mixing 2 drops per 5ml of carrier oil, cream or lotion and massage into your belly after a relaxing bath or add to our Bath Oil for a more luxurious soak!
