Our Allergy Ease pure essential oil contains a powerful blend of Eucalyptus, Lemon and Chamomile to help support the immune system and soothe inflammation.

Eucalyptus has an affinity with the respiratory system and can help to ease congestion and promote easier breathing.

Lemon helps balance the immune system and soothes the respiratory system.

Both Eucalyptus and Lemon also have a stimulating effect that can help to boost energy and increase alertness.

Chamomile is one of the most soothing, calming and balancing essential oils for physical irritation and is well known for its effect on histamine-related reactions.

How to use

Allergy Ease essential oil can be added to an aromatherapy inhaler or used in steam inhalations, barrier balms, chest rubs and massage oils. Click here for further information on how to use our pre-blended essential oils.

Safety advice

Do not use during pregnancy, with children under 3, or if allergic to chamomile. Avoid direct sunlight if you have used the oil on exposed skin.

Allergy Relieving Spritz

Mix 30 drops of Allergy Ease essential oil into 100ml of Lavender or Chamomile Hydrolat and spritz over yourself throughout the day as required.

Barrier Balm Recipe

Gently melt 7g Beeswax and 5g of Cocoa Butter with 12.5ml of Sunflower oil in a bain-marie. Remove from the heat, add 8 drops of Allergy Ease essential oil, stir well and pour into a sterile jar. Apply the balm around the nostrils to benefit from the therapeutic oil and to help trap pollen before it enters your system.
